Service Agreement

1. Who we are

AI Finds Me is a d/b/a of Best In Business Services LLC, a Michigan limited liability company (“we” or “us”). “You” means the business that signs up. When you pay on our order page or check the box agreeing to these terms, you agree to this Service Agreement.

2. Price and billing

• $299 per month, billed monthly in advance.
• Your first payment is taken when you sign up, and you're billed on the same date each month after that, to the card you give at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• We won't change your price without telling you at least 30 days before the change takes effect.

3. Month to month. Cancel anytime.

• There's no long-term commitment. The plan runs month to month.
• To cancel, tell us by email, text or phone before your next billing date. You won't be charged again.
• No refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-month, your service continues until the end of the month you've already paid for.
• We can also end the service at any time by telling you. If we do, we won't charge you again.

4. What we do

• Setup of AI-readable business information: making the basic facts about your business (name, services, area, hours, contact details) clear and consistent where AI tools and search engines read them.
• Schema and FAQ pages: structured data and plain-language service and FAQ content for your website.
• Listings guidance: what to fix on your Google Business Profile and the main directories, and help doing it.
• Monthly scorecard: a short report each month showing what AI assistants say when someone asks about businesses like yours in your area.

5. What we can't do

We cannot guarantee that ChatGPT, Google, or any other AI tool or search engine will mention, recommend or rank your business. We don't own or control those tools, and their answers change from day to day and from person to person. We improve the information they read about you and report honestly on what they say.

6. Your part

• Give us accurate, up-to-date information about your business, and tell us when something changes.
• You approve anything we publish under your business's name before it goes live.
• Where the work needs it, give us access (for example, manager access to your Google Business Profile or your website). You can remove that access anytime.

7. Privacy: no patient or client records

We never need your patients', clients' or customers' records, and we ask you not to send them. That includes any protected health information (PHI). We work only with public-facing information about your business. We use what you give us only to provide the service, and we never sell it.

8. Your content stays yours

Your business information, photos, logos, and the content we publish for your business belong to you. You give us permission to use them only to provide the service while you're a client.

9. Founding client offer

Founding client offer: a one-time $299 payment covers the first 3 months; after that, service continues at $299/month only if you choose to sign up.

Founding client terms

In exchange for the founding price, you agree that:

• we may share your business name and your AI visibility results (before and after) as a case study, on our website and in our sales conversations;
• you'll give a short testimonial or serve as a reference for us.

We'll show you any testimonial wording before we publish it. We never share any patient, client or customer information.

10. Limit of liability

If something goes wrong, the most we'll owe you, for any claim related to this service, is the total fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

11. Michigan law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

12. Changes to these terms

If we update this agreement, we'll change the date at the top of this page and tell current clients before the change affects them.
